The IO board temperature has been too high.

Clean the filter at the
bottom of the panel.
Note that this is a warning. If
the temperature continues to
rise, the oven will stop and
display error code 16.
Error Code 41
The steam generator temperature sensor is too hot. The main contactor
has been disconnected.
