PRETRIP INSPECTIONPRETRIP INSPECTION
Mirrors must be adjusted for each individual driver of the bus.
1. Ensure the driver’s seat is properly adjusted.
2. Adjust the right-hand flat mirror so that the tops of the right-hand windows are visible in the upper edge of the mirror and the
right-hand side of the bus is visible along the vertical, inside edge.
3. Adjust the right-hand convex mirror so that the view in the convex mirror overlaps the view provided by the flat mirror above it.
The right-hand side of the bus must be visible in this mirror as well.
4. Adjust the left-hand flat mirror in the same manner as described for the right-hand flat mirror.
5. Adjust the left-hand convex mirror in the same manner as described for the right-hand convex mirror.
6. Adjust the elliptical cross-view mirrors by positioning each mirror so the arrow embossed on the mirror head points directly at
the driver’s eyes.
