Important:
Renew pads before the mini-
mum permitted thickness is
reached.

Note:
For your safety, we recommend
having checks and work on the
brake system performed by a
specialist workshop, preferably
an authorised BMW dealer.
• Place the BMW C1 on its
stand
– after making sure that the
ground is level and firm
• Inspect from underneath
• Check brake pad thickness
– Minimum pad thickness:
The brake pads have a
clearly visible bevel 1 as
wear indicator.
• If the wear indicator is no
longer clearly visible: Have the
brake pads changed by a spe-
cialist workshop, preferably
an authorised BMW dealer.
