Maintenance through
BOGE service
Have BOGE service check your compressor every 3000 operating hours or
annually.
NOTICE:
Maintenance agreement
Enter into a maintenance agreement with BOGE.
BOGE service will carry out the proper maintenance on your compres-
sor at regular intervals. This guarantees maximum safety and realiability
of your compressed air supply.

5.2 General
Note: Demonstration example. Compressor may only be operated with the switch cabinet
closed and all panels fitted.
Change supply air filter
(option)
Top up oil in the suction
controller after an
extended down time
Change oil separator
– Check oil level
– Top up oil
Change oil
Check / set
pressure switch
Check intake filter
with S 100-2 on the back sid
of the compressors
– Clean filter and cartridge
– Change filter cartridge

oil filter
Clean compressed air /
oil cooler externally
