Cleaning the inside of the machine
WARNING! Cung injuries! Wear cut-resistant gloves when working with the saw blade.
1. Open both housing doors (2).
2. Open the saw band guard (5) on the upper guide (6). To do this, reach into the gap on the le.
3. Remove the sawdust with a brush or by blowing out with compressed air.
4. Vacuum the housing.
5. Close both housing doors.
Changing the table insert
WARNING! Cung injuries! Wear cut-resistant gloves when working with the saw blade.
1. Press the table insert (22) out of the saw table (7) from underneath.
2. Place a new table insert into the recess in the saw table (7).
The table insert should not protrude and should be ush with the saw table.
Adjust the posion of the band saw blade
Notes
Incorrect guidance shortens the life of the band saw blade and aects the safety of the machine.
If you are not sure about the sengs, ask a qualied specialist.
Tools and aids
Allen key 3, 4, 5 mm (23)

Preparaon
1. Pull out the mains plug.
2. Use hand protecon.
3. Open the housing doors (2). Then you can move the band saw blade (28) by turning the drive wheel (25) or running wheel (29).
Adjusng the posion of the band saw blade on the running wheel and drive wheel
Set point: The band saw blade (28) runs as centrally as possible on the drive wheel (25) and the running wheel (29). The band saw blade must not run outside
the black tyres.
1. Loosen the locking nut (11) of the running wheel adjustment (10).
2. Turn the running wheel while making the adjustment.
3. Adjust the posion of the band saw blade on the running wheel with the running wheel adjustment.
Direcon of rotaon as seen from behind: Running wheel to the rear. Running wheel to the front.
4. Check the posion of the band saw blade on the drive wheel. If it is no longer running in the middle, then reduce the seng slightly.
5. Turn the running wheel a few more revoluons, observe the posion of the band saw blade. Adjust if necessary.
6. Secure the running wheel adjustment with the locking nut.
7. Close the upper housing door.
Seng the rear guides
The steps are idencal for the upper (Fig. D) and lower (Fig. E) band saw blade guides.
Set point: The band saw blade almost touchesthe guide roller (36). The band saw blade can be pushed back by a maximum of ½ mm using a piece of wood.
1. Loosen the rear guide mounng screw (33).
2. Adjust the posion of the rear guide: The guide roller must not rotate!
3. Tighten the rear guide mounng screw.
Adjusng the lateral guides front/ back
The steps are idencal for the upper (Fig. D) and lower (Fig. E) band saw blade guides.
Set point: The non-toothed part of the band saw blade runs centrally between the guide pins.
1. Loosen the lateral guide mounng screw (34).
2. Adjust the posion of the lateral guide.
3. Tighten the lateral guide mounng screw.
Adjusng the lateral guides right/le
The steps are idencal for the upper (Fig. D) and lower (Fig. E) band saw blade guides.
Set point: The band saw blade almost touches the guide pins (35): Gap of approx. 0.5 mm.
The band saw blade does not grind on the guide pins.
1. Loosen the mounng screws of the guide pins (37).
2. Adjust the posion of the guide pins.
3. Tighten the mounng screws of the guide pins.
