TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible Cause Remedy
Machine does not start. No mains power supply. Check the socket, mains connecon cable, plug and fuse and
have them repaired by a qualied electrician if necessary.
On/O switch (31/32) is broken. Contact an authorised service center.
Housing door not closed properly. Close the housing door (2).
Defecve motor. Contact an authorised service center.
Machine works with interrupons. Internal loose contact. Contact an authorised service center.
On/O switch (31/32) is broken. Contact an authorised service center.
Poor sawing performance. Saw blade (28) blunt. Insert a new saw blade (28).
Too much or too lile pressure applied. Adjust pressure.
Saw blade quickly becomes blunt. Saw blade (28) unsuitable for the workpiece to be
processed.
Insert a suitable saw blade (28).
Too much pressure applied. Reduce the pressure.
Saw blade. Saw blade too loose. See secon Checking and adjusng the tension of the band saw
blade.
ENVIRONMENTAL DISPOSAL
In order to avoid damages on transportaon, the tool has to be delivered in solid packaging. Packaging as well as the unit and accessories are made of
recyclable materials and can be disposed accordingly. The tool's plascs components are marked according to their material, which makes it possible to remove
environmental friendly and dierenated because of available collecon facilies.
