 Uses one or two ‘User Defined Conditions’
 Definition of ‘Fast Rate’ and ‘Slow Rate’
 To add a ‘Sampling Condition’ select the tab ‘Sampling Condition’ and click on ‘Add a new condition’
 Click ‘OK’ when done
