Working with the main menu
BOSCH
The following table shows you how to adapt the settings for DHW circulation .
~ If the standard display is active. press the menu key briefly to open or close the main
menu .
Turn the selector to highlight DHW and press the selector .
Turn the selector to highlight Circulation and press the selector .
The Operating mode menu item is highlighted .
~ Press the selector .
~ Turn the selector to highlight As hot water system and press the selector .

The user interface operates with the modified settings . The DHW circulation pump is
only in operation when DHW heating is active .
, ~ Turn the selector to highlight Own time program and press the selector.
The time program for circulation is independent of the time program for DHW heating.
The switching times can be set separately in the Circulation > My DHW cireltn time Mon·Frl copy

5.4 Settings for a heated swimming pool
This menu is used to adapt the settings that are available for a
heated swimming pool.

5.5 Additional device (auxiliary heater) settings
If the heat pump does not supply enough heat quickly enough in
winter or for DHW heating. an additional device (an auxiliary
heater) may be required . There is the option to use an electric
booster heater or an additional device (gas. oil or wood heating
via a 3·way valve) .
This menu is only available if an auxiliary heater is i nstalled in
the heating system .
5.5.1 Time program for the additional device
If you are not at home or a lower room temperature is sufficient
for other reasons. it is possible to lower energy consumption by
limiting the operation of the auxiliary heater

When the time program for the auxiliary heater
has been activated. the auxiliary heater is only

5.6 Setting up a holiday program
Menu: Holiday
If you leave the house for several days or if you have several
days' holiday. you can setthe holiday program. Ifthe heat pump
is in heating mode according to the settings for summer!
wintertime changeover. the holiday functions are used . Thus
you heat particularly economically for the duration of the
holiday program or with a time program like "as Saturdays' or
you do not heat at all.

Regardless of the settings you make for the
1 holiday program . cooling mode will not be
activated during your holiday .
You can optionally switch off DHW heating completely for the
duration of your holiday . The factory settings ensure energy
efficremand reliable operation during your holiday . Duringthe
holiday period . the display indicates when the holiday program
will be active until.

The time programs that would ordinarily apply are not changed
by the settings or the use of the holiday program . After the end
of the holiday program. the user interface works again with the
set time program . The holiday program is deleted automatically
when it reaches its end.

NOTICE: Damage to the system .
I ~ If you are going to be away for a long time
• you should only change the settings in the
menu option Holiday .
~ After a long period away the operating
pressure should be checked with pressure
gauge for the heating system and where
necessary solar panel system .
~ The solar heating system should not be
switched off . even if you are away for a
longtime .
