at the outputs.
▶ Always ensure correct polarity of the outputs.
In the following, you will learn how to crimp and assemble the mating connector
for the Rexroth analog amplifier RA.
The mating connector is not included in the scope of delivery of the analog
amplifier RA. The complete set is available from Rexroth under the material
number R902603063.
• TE Connectivity (114-18022): General guidelines for processing contacts with
open crimping sleeves.
This specification includes the general guidelines for processing TE Connectivity
contacts with open wire and insulation crimping sleeves.
• TE Connectivity (114-18050): Junior Power Timer contact.
This specification includes the guidelines for the processing of Junior Power
Timer contacts and Junior Power Timer contacts "type A".
For crimping:
• Crimping hand device (TE Connectivity part number: 539635-1)
• Insert (matrix) (TE Connectivity part number: 539674-2) for Junior Power Timer
contact 927775-3 or 927783-3
For disassembly:
• Extraction tool (TE Connectivity part number: 968107-1) for Junior Power Timer
