The enclosed contacts are suitable for vehicle cables type FLY (old designation
FLK) for the wire size range of 0.5 … 1mm

and an insulation of 2.0 …2.7mm.
If other vehicle lines (e.g.FLRY; old designation FLK-R) are used, the corresponding
contacts 927771-3 (band) or 927779-3 (loose) and suitable tools must be purchased
from the trade.
Individual wires and/or several lines are to be introduced into the sleeve of the
connector by bundling them in aPVC insulation hose of 15 to 18mm in order to
achieve type of protection IP65.

It is recommended to start assembling the lines from the connector.
1� Pull the wires and/or lines into the insulation hose.
– Let the wires protrude at least 12cm over the insulation hose end.
– In case of multi-wire lines, insulate the insulation of the outer sheath
approx.0.5cm after the insulation hose end.
Procedure
