Material damage/damage to the
appliance
If you pour the wrong quantity of
detergent or cleaning agent into the
appliance, this may result in material
damage or damage to the appliance.
Use detergents/care products/cleaning
agents and softeners in accordance
with the manufacturers' instructions.
Energy-saving tips
■ The programme temperatures which
can be set refer to the temperatures
of the care labels on your laundry.
For energy-saving reasons, the
actual washing temperature may
differ from the washing temperature
that has been set.
■ If you want to dry washed, damp
laundry in the tumble dryer, select
the spin speed according to the
dryer manufacturer's instructions for
the programme.
■ If you do not perform any actions on
the appliance for an extended period
before the programme starts or once
the programme has ended, the
appliance will automatically switch to
Energy saving mode. The display
and indicator lights will go out after a
few minutes and Start/Nachlegen
(Start/Pause) will flash.To end
Energy saving mode, all you need to
do is perform an action on the
appliance, such as opening and
closing the door.
■ If you do not perform any actions on
the appliance for an extended period
when it is in Energy saving mode,
the appliance will automatically
switch itself off.
For light and normal soiling in laundry,
you can save energy and detergent:
■ Reduce washing temperature.
■ Wash without prewash.
■ Load the appliance with the
maximum loads permitted for the
programmes.
