Malfunction Cause and Troubleshooting

Make sure that the water supply hose is not
kinked or pinched.
The detergent drawer is not closed as far as it will go.
▶
Push the detergent drawer into the appliance as far as it
will go.
Pump unit is not installed.

Detergent dosage is too high.

Immediate measure: mix a tablespoon of fabric
softener with 0.5 l of water and pour this mixture into
the manual dosing compartment (not for outdoor,
sportswear and down textiles).

When the intelligent dosing is activated, reduce the
basic dosing amount
