Solenoid valve defective.

Detergent dosage is too high.
▶
When dosing manually, reduce the amount of
detergent for the next wash with an equal load.
Additional water filled.
▶
Do not fill the device with additional water during
operation.
Device not working. Mains plug of the power cable is not plugged in.
▶
Connect the appliance to the mains.
Fuse is defective.
▶
Check the fuse in the meter box.
Power supply has failed.
▶
Check whether the interior lighting or other
appliances are working.
Program does not start. Start/Refill was not pressed.
▶
Press Start/Refill .
Door is not closed.
1. Close the door.
2. To start the program, press Start/Refill
.
Child lock is activated.

Laundry is wedged in the door.
1. Open the door again.
2. Remove trapped laundry.
3. Close the door.
4. To start the program, press Start/Refill

The detergent drawer is not closed as far as it will go.

Push the detergent drawer into the appliance as far as it
will go.
Pump of the intelligent dosing system is blocked.
