Measuring your blood pressure
Your monitor has a memory with a capacity
of 30 measurements.
➡ Start the measurement with the start
button
Now hold the arm absolutely still and
do not talk.
All the items on the LCD display appear
briefly to indicate that the monitor is now
ready for use (see illustration 5).
