Warning: An MRI scan is not recommended when the impedances are not within the acceptable
range. Higher or lower than normal impedances could indicate compromised
Stimulator‑Lead integrity. Scanning under these conditions may increase the risk of potential
adverse effects that are listed in the “Safety Information” section of the ImageReady
TM
MRI
Guidelines.
Stimulator Error Screen
If the system check fails due to a Stimulator error, MRI Mode will not be enabled and the Remote Control
will display the Stimulator Error screen. This screen may be displayed when there is a communication
error between the Remote Control and Stimulator. Press
to acknowledge the message and retry
entering MRI Mode. If this error screen immediately displays again, do not perform an MRI scan and
instruct the patient to contact the healthcare provider managing their DBS System or Boston Scientic
Technical Support.
