7.3.3.3 Other cooling water save devices
Concerning other possibilities of saving cooling water like cooling water reusing
for wetcleaning- and washing-machines, air-cooled water cooler, refrigeration cooled
water recooling system etc., please contact directly our Sales Support department.
7.3.4 Cooling water outlet
The cooling water from the outlet can be given into the sewage, re-used or recooled,
because in the machine there is a closed circuit and no contact to the solvent.
It should be tried to reuse the water.
7.3.5 Contact water
The contact water collecting container must be drained every day.
Dispose according to the regulations in your country.
7.3.6 Compressed air
Working pressure should be at a minimum 6 bar (87 psi). The machine is equipped with
a compressed air reducing valve, pressure gauge and compressed air water separator
(The network pressure should be 10 - 12 bar /145 - 174 psi).
7.3.7 Venting ducts
The venting ducts of the water separators must lead without diminished cross
section into the open or to the room venting system (if existing).
7.3.8 Electric connection
Pay attention to the supply voltage (machine-plate). Establish connections L1 /L2 /L3,
neutral and protective conductor with corresponding cross-section and fusing.
Pass cable through existing PG union into the control box and connect at terminal.
Connection main switch
The main switch must be connected by customers with an approval cable.
The cable must be dismantled just before the main switch. In the cable channel
in cable must not be dismantled.
Also when the main switch of the machine is turned off, supply voltage has to be
connected to assure function of the crank case heating of the refrigeration unit.
