4. Route Handlebar Cables through Upper Shrouds and Attach the Upper Shrouds and Tray
Note: Do not crimp the Cables. This step may require two people. Do not fully tighten until all hardware has been installed.
To assist, the short screws go into the metal Frame and the longer screws go through to the other Upper Shroud
