26. Loop the new Fan Belt around the lower Pulley and start it on the face
of the Fan Pulley.
27. Be sure the Fan Belt is centered on both pulleys.
28. Secure the Fan Belt to the Fan Pulley with a Heavy Duty Zip-Tie. Be
sure to attach the Zip-Tie where the Fan Belt is fully in contact with the
Fan Pulley.
