Pizza Dough
A 1pound recipe makes one medium-thin 12" pizza. A 1-1/2 lb. recipe makes a 15"circle, and
2lbs. will make 2, 12" pies.

3/4 cup warm water
1Tbl. olive oil
2-1/4 cup all purpose flour
1tsp. salt
1tsp. sugar
1tsp. dry yeast
1-1/8 cup warm water
1-1/2 Tbl. olive oil
3-1/3 cup all purpose flour
1-1/2tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. dry yeast
1-1/2 cup warm water
2 Tbl. olive oil
4-1/4cup allpurpose flour
2tsp. salt
2tsp. sugar
2tsp. dry yeast
Add all ingredients to bread pan in the order given.
• Set on "Dough-Only" feature if your Bread Machine is equipped with such a selection.
• When done, remove to floured board, if using immediately. Or, place in bowl greased with olive oil,
turn dough over to coat it, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
Focaccio
• Pat one recipe, any size,of pizza dough into circle about 1/2 inch thick. Place on a baking sheet
sprinkled with cornmeal or flour.
• Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh or dried herbs (rosemary, oregano or basil), Parmesan or
Romano cheese and black pepper.
• Let dough rise for 15-20minutes and place in preheated 400°Foven until golden brown.
• I[ you have apizza peel and oven stone: Place the shaped dough on the cornmeal sprinkled peel, add
toppings, let rise, and slide onto the stone in a preheated oven.
