The Breadman®TR560 Automatic Bread Baker has eightee n (18) program cycles from
which you can choose, including three dough cycles and jam.
The Basic Medium and Dark cycles let you choose your favorite crust.
The French cycle is for breads with crisper crests, especially those that are lowest in
sweeteners, such as French and Italian breads. _ "
The Fruit & Nut cycle is for breacls such as apple walnut, ratsm breact or sun-_rtea
tomato or olive bread,
Batter Bread TM is for non-yeast, cake-like breads.
*Note: If bread is not removed immediately after baking, .and Stop button is not
pressed, a controlled 60.minute Cooling phase will begin for each baking selection.
While this w.ill help reduce condensation between loaf and Bread Pan, it is best to
remove bread as soon as'possible after completion of the Baking phase.
