Audio
Bluetooth®
Connect your phone’s audio via Bluetooth to
make and receive calls and use the device
as a Bluetooth speaker. Manually pair your
phone with the device for the rst time;
afterwards, simply enable Audio Bluetooth®
for automatic connection.

main screen. Press it again to access the
full function menu.
2. Press the function button once more to
open the full function menu.
3. Tap a function to open it.
4. Swipe right to return to the previous
screen.
Workouts
Tap to select an exercise and track your
workout data. Swipe right to lock the screen,
stop, or pause.
