SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
CHARGEABLE BATTERY
• The battery must be removed before the
product is handed in for recycling. Switch
o the product before removing the
battery.
• Spent batteries must be properly disposed
of in compliance with local regulations.
• Before disposing of a battery, put
heavy-duty tape over the battery terminals
to prevent short-circuiting.
• Only use the mains plug that comes with
the product to avoid the risk of battery
leakage, overheating and/or other
damage.
• When the battery is not in use keep it
away from paperclips, coins, keys, nails,
screws and other metal objects that can
short-circuit the terminals. Short-circuiting
discharges large amounts of energy that
can cause a re and/or burn injuries.
• Batteries must not be short-circuited,
opened, punctured or damaged in any
other way.
• Batteries must not be incinerated.
• If the product is not going to be used for
some time, remove the battery to help
extend battery life. Store the battery in a
cool, dry place.
• Do not use the product if the battery is
discoloured, deformed or damaged in any
other way.
• Do not use the battery for other products.
• Battery uid can cause skin irritation and/
or burns. If you get battery uid on your
skin, rinse immediately with plenty of
fresh water and wash thoroughly with
soap and water.
• Do not subject the battery to knocks or
blows.
• Do not dismantle the battery or attempt
to modify or repair it – risk of explosion,
re and/or chemical burns.
• Do not use non-rechargeable batteries.

REMOTE CONTROL BATTERIES
• Only use batteries of the type
recommended by the manufacturer
(2x 1.5 V AAA).
• Do not attempt to charge non-
rechargeable batteries.
• Do not mix old and new batteries,
or dierent types of batteries.
• Make sure to insert the batteries with the
correct polarity.
• Spent batteries must be removed from
the product and disposed of in
compliance with local regulations.
• Remove the batteries from the product if
it is not going to be used for some time.
• Do not short-circuit the charging contacts.
