TROUBLESHOOTING
Error message Solution
Impact sensor error
The bumper is stuck. Tap the bumper repeatedly to release it. Move
the vacuum cleaner to a dierent area and restart it.
Wall-following error Clean the surface of the wall-following sensor.
Robot suspension
Check that the surface is at and remove any debris or items that have
raised the vacuum cleaner o the oor. If the problem persists, wipe
the cli sensor on the underside of the vacuum cleaner.
Cli sensor error Wipe the cli sensor on the underside of the vacuum cleaner.
Side-brush error Remove and clean the side brush and reattach it.
Roller brush error Remove and clean the roller brush and reattach it.
Caster wheel error
Check to see if the wheels are jammed. Remove anything that is stuck
in the wheels and restart the vacuum cleaner.
Robot stuck
Remove the obstacle, move the vacuum cleaner to a dierent area
and restart it.
The battery is too low,
please charge.
The battery is discharged. Put the vacuum cleaner in the charging
station for charging.
Battery error
Battery temperature is too high or too low. Allow the battery to reach
normal temperature before use.
Dust suction fan error
The vacuum cleaner fan is not working correctly. Empty and clean the
dust container and restart the vacuum cleaner.
Wi-Fi connection failure
Check that the WiFi username and password are correct and that SSID
is set to 2.4 G. Move the vacuum cleaner and your phone close to the
router.
The charging base cannot
charge the robot.
Check that the charging station’s power cord is correctly plugged in,
then try again.
The robot cannot be
returned to the charging
base.
Check that there is enough free space without any obstacles around
the charging station. The vacuum cleaner can be manually placed in
the charging station.
Filter replacement Clean and/or change the lter regularly.
NOTE:
Follow the instructions below if the above solutions do not solve the problem.
1. Press and hold the button on the vacuum cleaner to restart it.
2. Contact your local dealer if the problem persists after the vacuum cleaner has been restarted.
