Problem Probable Cause Solution
The filtration system leaks
water.
A component in the filtration system
has failed.
Immediately shut o the main water
supply and unplug the unit from power
source. Contact customer service for
assistance.
There is no water output
after replacing a filter.
There is an air jam. When replacing a filter, it is important
to shut o the power followed by the
water supply, and then turn on the water
supply followed by the power supply in
that order. (See “Replacing the Filters” on
page 12.)
