B, SB, LB – symbolizes that it is a model of BiRotor Plus series.
25 through 38 – indicates meter size in inches.
X - represents maximum working pressure of:
1 for 16 bar (DIN) / 285 p.s.i. (ANSI), OR
2 for 40 bar (DIN) / 740 p.s.i. (ANSI), OR
5 for 100 bar (DIN) / 1480 p.s.i. (ANSI), OR
6 for 200 p.s.i (Victaulic) for B27, B28, or B29 only.

Considerations of Certification:
• On assembly the gap between the lid and the
enclosure must be less than 0.0381mm (0.0015”)
in accordance with drawing ENG-7617-300.
• The Flameproof Joints are not intended to be
repaired or changed without the manufacturer’s
consent.
• The SB25X enclosure is to be routine pressure
tested at 170.1 psi / 11.73 bar.
