TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE SOLUTION
The power does not turn on. The connection to power is not correct.
Check the connection and try again.
The remote does not work.
The unit does not operate
even when the correct
buttons on the remote control
are pressed.
Battery capacity is low.
Install a new CR2025 battery.
The CD won’t play.
The disc is of poor quality, is damaged,
isn’t clean or is an unsupported type.
Ensure the disc is clean and not damaged
and try again. If it still won’t play,
try another disc.
Nothing happens when the
buttons are pressed.
Ensure that a CD is loaded or that
your MP3 player is connected to the
30-pin connector properly.
No video image appears.
The video connection is not correct.
Make sure the video output is in
iPod mode.
