When the installation finishes, "Stand By" appears on the display and your printer turns into
standby mode.

(4) If you are planning not using your printer for long periods of time, disconnect the power plug from

<Note>
Do not turn off your printer during the operation; it may cause serious damage on your printer. If you
turn off your printer accidentally during the operation, immediately restart it, and then turn it off correctly
following the steps described in this section.
Leaving your printer unused for a long period of time may cause damage to it, because dry ink may
cause ink clogging. To avoid this, turn on your printer at least once a week and press the Head
Cleaning Button to clean the Print Head.
If you are planning not to use your printer for more than two weeks, follow “6-1-5. Required
Maintenance for the Long Storage” in the Instruction Manual to prevent ink clogging.
