Inspect the harness connections of the T1 clutch ASSY and the paper edge sensor harness ASSY (HL-2250DN/2270DW models only) and reconnect if needed. The paper feeding kit or the plate-up gear (gear Z19M10 or lift gear 46) might be faulty and require replacement. Other potential causes include a failure of the T1 clutch ASSY, panel PCB, or main PCB, all of which would need replacing. For HL-2250DN/2270DW models, a failing paper edge sensor could be the issue; check its performance. If a problem is detected, replace the PF frame ASSY.
