- Gently shake the toner cartridge of the appropriate color from side to side and install it again.
- Replace the toner cartridge of the appropriate color.
Step Cause
Remedy
1 Harness connection failure of
toner sensor PCB ASSY
(TE/NEW)
Check the harness connection of the toner sensor
PCB ASSY (TE/NEW) of the appropriate color and
reconnect it.
2 Toner sensor (TE/NEW)
failure
Check the sensor performance following the
procedure described in “Maintenance mode 32”. If
any problem occurs, replace the toner sensor PCB
ASSY (TE/NEW) of the appropriate color.
3 Engine PCB failure Replace the engine PCB ASSY.
