Set the LCD contrast
(if needed)
If you are having difficulty reading the LCD, try
changing the contrast setting.
a Press Menu.
b Press General Setup.
c Press s or t to display LCD Settings.
Press LCD Settings.
d Press LCD Contrast.
e Press d or c to choose the contrast level.
Press OK.
f Press Stop/Exit.

Set the date and time
The machine displays the date and time, and if you
set up the station ID, it will add it to each fax you send.
a Press Menu.
b Press s or t to display Initial Setup.
Press Initial Setup.
c Press Date&Time.
d Enter the last two digits of the year on the
Touchscreen, and then press OK.
To move the cursor to the left, press and
re-enter the number.
e Enter the two digits for the month on the
Touchscreen, and then press OK.
f Enter the two digits for the day on the
Touchscreen, and then press OK.
g Press 12h Clock or 24h Clock.
h Enter the time on the Touchscreen.
(12h Clock only)
Press to cycle AM and PM.
i Press OK, and then press Stop/Exit.
(e.g. Enter 1 2 for 2012.)
