To program the flushing device, open the menu
pressing the [Prog] button.

Open menu item 31 (
Ä Chapter 5.6 “Changing the
menu settings” on page 40).
3.
Change the value according to the desired interval
(1–7 days).
4.
Once the change has been performed, wait 10
seconds.

The display read-out jumps back to the default
state (display of the actual humidity value). The
changes have been saved.
The following information is directed exclusively to
licensed plumbers that connect the humidifier to the
local water supply system.
Personnel:

Licensed plumber
Connect the automatic flushing device, according
to the regulations of the local water supply
authority, to the waste water system. Here, adhere
to the following points:
n The material used and the connection must
meet the IEC 61770 standard.
n The waste water hose may not be longer than
1.5 meter (5 feet), since the pump only has a
certain output and no pressure is otherwise built
up.
n Ensure that the waste water hose is not laid
upwards.
n To fill the water column, fill hose prior to con-
nection with water.
n To prevent a vacuum formation, equip the line
with a bleeder (if required).
