Rail and Apron Assembly
Assemble Rail and Apron:
1. Position side rails, head rail and foot rail upside down in their respective positions on a protected surface.

2. Insert threaded rods into each side rail end. Slide the end rails into position aligned with the threaded end rod.
Using flat washers, external tooth lock washers and hex nuts, align and draw together each of the four connections.

3 End Rail 2
4 Flat Washers 8
5 5/16 Ext. Tooth Lock Washer 8
6 5/16-18UNC Hex Nut 8
NOTE: Tighten to 30-35 ft lbs (40.7-47.5 Nm)
