Transfer a call
You can transfer an external call to another handset registered to
the base.
1. During your call, press
. Your external caller is put on hold.
2. If you have one other handset it will ring. If you have extra
handsets, press
or
to select the handset (1-5) you
want, then press
OK.
3. When the other handset answers you can announce the caller.
4. Press
Switch to switch between the two callers if required.
While speaking to the other handset, press
to transfer the
call to the other handset.
3-Way conference call
You can hold a 3-way conference call between 2 internal callers
and 1 external caller
1. During your call, press
. Your external caller is put on hold.
2. If you have one other handset it will ring. If you have extra
handsets press
or
to select the handset (1-5) you
want, then press
OK.
3. When the other handset answers you can announce the call.
Press
Conf to join all callers.
If the other handset does not answer,
press
Back to return to your original
caller.
