For initial setup, align the Mounting
Rails with position #3 on the
underside of the Bicycle Seat.
Re-attach the bolt by rotating it clockwise
to a torque value of 8NM. If you do not
have a torque wrench, please visit a bicycle
retailer to ensure proper installation.
Insert the metal Base Plate into the
slots on the underside of the Bicycle
Seat

, and flip it closed
