5.1 Switching outputs
The Presence Detector is equipped with two outputs with different main functions:
Output 1: "Lighting"
The output is used to control lighting systems
as a function of the brightness and
movement.
- The brightness limit value is to be set via the "Lux" potentionmeter; the switch-off
delay is to be set via the "Time/Light" potentionmeter (see Chap. 5.2).
NOTE
Both outputs can only be used with Series Switch 6402U. With all other flush-mounted
inserts, the "Lighting" output only is active.
Output 2: "Präsenz"
The output is used to control heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems (HAV systems)
exclusively as a function of movement.
- The ON/OFF delay is to be set at the "Time/HAV" potentiometer (see Chap. 5.2).
