'Player
With the help of this exercise a service / return situation is trained. A short service of 'Amicus 3000 Plus'
is followed by an aggressive chop ball or flip from the player (preferably on elbow/backhand), in order to
avoid a hard topspin of the server. In reply to the following long backspin ball the player opens with a
placed backhand topspin as a preparation for the down-the-line forehand topspin. The concluding
forehand topspin is played as a smash and should as early as possible end the rally.

5. 'Random'
Backspin and topspin balls according to random principle
'Amicus 3000'
Forehand topspin / forehand counter ball / forehand smash
'Player'
This exercise makes it possible to train the perceptiveness of the player. The balls are played onto a
certain part of the table (e.g. 3/4 of the forehand area) according to the random principle. The player
does not know the order of the topspin and backspin balls. Thus the perception and ability of the player
to differentiate is effectively trained.
