Justage des Wickelmoments beim Etikettenabwickler
des A8
1. Messen Sie die Zugkräfte am Etikettenabwickler (1).
2. Justieren Sie die Wickelmomente durch Drehen an
der Rändelmutter der Kupplung (3) :
- Drehung im Uhrzeigersinn -höheres Moment
- Drehung entgegen Uhrzeigersinn -kleineres Moment
Hinweis!
Die Zahlen auf der Rändelmutter sind keine
Einstellwerte, sie dienen nur der Orientierung!
3. Wiederholen Sie die Messung.
4. Stecken Sie nach Ende der Justage die Abdeck-
kappe (4) auf den Etikettenabwickler (1). Richten Sie
dabei die Einkerbung in der Abdeckkappe zur
Einkerbung (2) im Etikettenabwickler aus.
Adjusting the Hub Torque at the A8 Media Unwinder
1. Measure the torque at the media unwinder (1).
2. Adjust the winding torque by turning the knurled nut of
the clutch (3) :
- Turning it clockwise increases the torque
- Turning it anti-clockwise decreases the torque
Notice!
The numbers on the knurled nut are not
setting values, they are for orientation only.
3. Repeat the measuring.
4. Push the end cap (4) onto the media unwinder (1)
after completing the adjustment. The notch in the end
cap must direct in the same direction as the notch (2)
in the media unwinder.
