Calibration Group
Calibration group is used during the calibration of the tester.
Capacitance Offset (1)
Capacitance Offset Function measures the amount of capacitance in the system. This value is
used as an offset to the measurements made during test to improve capacitance measurement
accuracies. This function needs to be run only when the values being measured are below 1000
pf. It also needs to be run when hardware changes are made to the tester such as when adding or
replacing Scanner Boards or when replacing the Scanner Control Board.
Isolation Amplifier (2)
This function is only used by the factory for special tester evaluations and troubleshooting.
Isolation Settling Amplifier (3)
Isolation Settling Amplifier function measures the high voltage measurement characteristics of
the tester and configures the tester to operate at optimal performance.
Test Selections Group
Test Selections group provide buttons for quickly selecting different patterns of self-diagnostic
tests.
All Tests
All Tests function selects all self-diagnostic tests.
No Tests
No Tests function deselects, unchecks, all self-diagnostic tests. This is a quick way to uncheck
all the test boxes and is used when only one or two tests are to be tested. Proceed by checking
the tests that are to be run.
Controller Tests
Controller Tests function selects all self-diagnostic tests related to the Scanner Controller Board
in the tester. All other self-diagnostic tests will be deselected.
Scanner Tests
Scanner Tests function selects all self-diagnostic tests related to the Scanner Boards in the tester.
All other self-diagnostic tests will be deselected.
