When the tire has been completely
lowered, tilt the tire to access the
tire/wheel retainer.
Press and hold the latch and slide
the tire/wheel retainer upward on
the guide pin to separate the
retainer from the guide pin.
Once the tire/wheel retainer is
separated from the guide pin, tilt
the retainer at the end of the cable
and pull the retainer and the guide
pin through the wheel opening.
