2.8 Steering lock
The steering lock is engaged by using the bike-specific key that was sent
along with the bike. The steering lock is located in front of the bike, on the
left side of the main beam, above where the front fork connects to the main
beam. To engage the lock, pull the handlebar so it angles to the left while
twisting the key. When the key is removed, the handlebar should have some
play but still have a limited range of motion.
Don’t forget to remove the key after the steering lock has been disengaged.
Never ride the bike when the steering lock key is in the steering lock.
2.9 Removal of the Battery
Before removing the battery, turn the battery OFF. Then disconnect the big
connector by pushing and pressing the yellow latch, before pulling the whole
connector outwards.
