Verify the power supply cable is correctly connected. Check if the engine overload protective device has activated, and if so, examine the power supply and ensure the pump shaft turns freely. Also, inspect the fuses and replace them if they are blown or defective, rechecking points a) and c). If the motor has failed, consider repairing or replacing it.
