4-20mA/ 2-10Vdc Firing Rate Operation (Standalone)
• Boiler operates with variable
setpoint determined by 4-
20mA incoming signal
• Modulates on header sensor
• Heat demand is generated
when Remote Operator is
closed and 4-20mA or 2-
10Vdc signal is present.
1) Place toggle switch in LOCAL
2) Press and
3) Press [Lead Lag Master Configuration]
4) Press [Advanced Settings >]
5) Press the to arrive at Central Heat
6) Select Modulation rate source = S2 (J8-6) 4-20mA and burner on/off
7) Place toggle switch to REMOTE for remote operation (if required)
System Sensor Enable (Standalone)

sensor for Standalone
applications
1) Press and
2) Press [Sensor Configuration]
3) Select S5 (J8-11) Sensor: 10K NTC Single Non-Safety
4) The control will proceed into a Lockout 2 condition
5) Press [Verify] > [Begin] > [Yes]
6) Press the reset button on the ignition control within the alotted time
