Why is the image not displayed in the Viewer PTZ panel of my Canon VB-M600VE Security Camera?
If the image is not displayed in the Viewer PTZ panel, it may be because the [Maximum Number of Clients] is configured to 0 under [Image Server] in the Settings page. Increase the number in [Maximum Number of Clients].
Why does the image disappear from the Viewer PTZ panel of my Canon VB-M600VE Security Camera?
The time that the image will be displayed in the Viewer PTZ panel is the time configured in [Maximum Connection Time (sec.)] under [Image Server] in the Settings page. If the value is set to 0, the connection time becomes unlimited. Take note, however, that this time affects not only the Viewer PTZ panel, but also the time that individual clients can connect to the camera.

Saving to certain folders is prohibited in Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows Server 2008. Accordingly, an attempt to save a file may fail. Specify [Documents], [Pictures] and other folders.
