Why don't all speakers play a signal when Line or Balanced input is selected on my Canton Smart Vento 9?
    • R
      Renee JohnsonSep 12, 2025
If one or more speakers do not play a signal when the Line or Balanced input is selected on your Canton Stereo System, and the parameter ASM is set to DST, ensure you connect the left channel of the source unit to the jack marked L of the left speaker and the right channel of the source unit to the jack marked R of the right speaker. If balanced (Analogue Balanced) input is selected, the source must be connected directly to all speakers, paying attention to the correct channel assignment.

Why do two speakers play the same channel on my Canton Stereo System?
    • A
      Audrey NorrisSep 10, 2025
If two speakers play the same channel on your Canton Stereo System, the master may have been assigned the same channel as a slave speaker during pairing. First use the test tone to check which speaker is playing the wrong channel. If it is the master, simply change the channel assignment of the master. If it is a slave, reconnect this speaker and select the correct channel. Alternatively, two slave speakers may have been assigned the same channel during pairing. First use the test tone to check which speaker is playing the wrong channel. Reconnect this speaker and select the correct channel.

What should I do if coupling of the slave speaker fails on my Canton Stereo System?
    • M
      melissa57Sep 9, 2025
If coupling of the slave speaker fails on your Canton Stereo System, disconnect the slave speaker to be paired for at least 30 seconds from the mains. After turning on the power switch of the slave speaker, turn it on by pressing the power button on the remote control. Always start pairing at the master before connecting the slave to the mains. Reduce the distance between master and slave. The maximum distance is 10 m in the same room.

    • S
      Shannon BergerSep 7, 2025

Why is there no playback via Bluetooth® on my Canton Stereo System?
    • R
      Richard WilliamsSep 5, 2025
If there is no playback via Bluetooth® wireless technology on your Canton Stereo System, ensure there is a connection between the speaker system and the mobile end device. If the mobile end device is paired but not playing, reconnect it. Also, set the volume on the mobile end device to the maximum possible value and increase the volume of the speaker system. Ensure that sources of interference, such as a WiFi router or a laptop, are not placed in close proximity to the speaker system. If you are using both WiFi and Bluetooth® on a mobile end device, disable WiFi. Finally, reduce the distance between the speaker and the mobile end device, as you may be out of range (max. 10 m).

Why doesn't my Canton Stereo System automatically switch to the BT input?
    • B
      Brian HenrySep 4, 2025
If the speaker system does not automatically switch to the BT input, it may be because the BTS function is deactivated (MAN). Activate the BTS function (AUT). Also, ensure that Bluetooth® is enabled on your end device. If the speaker system is connected to another end device, disable Bluetooth® on the other device. Finally, ensure that the end device is paired with the speaker system.
