5. When you are nished making changes on the Wired Network Settings screen,
touch the Save button to save and activate the changes. e Network Settings
screen will then appear on the display.
6. Look at the Wired Network Settings button on the Network Settings screen.
If the button now reads “Connected,” your network settings changes are
valid.
If the button reads “Not Connected,” the changes you made are not valid for
your network/router. You will need to change the settings (or re-enable
DHCP) to allow the CaptionCall phone to connect to your wired Ethernet
network.
7. If you continue to have problems, you can try using the Network
Diagnostics button on the Network Settings screen.
