6. STARTING AND USER INTERFACE
Before starting the humidi er, check:
6.1 Starting

2 if the cylinder is new, run a pre-wash cycle (the cylinder is  lled and
emptied three times, cleaning the inside walls from impurities, see
menu maintanance >change cylinder >  ush new cylinder).
6.2 Stopping
1 empty the water in the cylinder to avoid stagnation: see manual drain
on “SET” screens).

6.3 First start-up (setting the language)
Select language:
1. English
2. Italiano
3. Deutsch
4. Francais
5. Espaniol
6. Русский
Press UP to select the number corresponding to the desired language and
then ENTER to con rm. This screen remains displayed for 60 seconds.
Subsequently, the following screen will be displayed:
Show language mask to unit start-up...
Yes/no
• YES: the screen for choosing choose the language will be displayed when
the humidi er is started the next time;
• NO: the screen for choosing choose the language will no longer be
displayed on power-up.
Note The language can also be changed from the maintenece
menu.
The language can also be changed by any main form by pressing UP +
ENTER

• OFF BY REMOTE: steam production interrupted through the opening of the
“Remote ON/OFF” contact.
• OFF BY KEYBOARD: steam production disabled by keyboard (see “SET”
mask), page 22
• NO REQUEST: humidi er on, without steam production request.
(**) In the models with two cylinders, the symbols for the operating status of
both cylinders are displayed.
6.6 “INFO” screens (read-only)
Series of read-only screens for displaying the main humidi er status values.
To access, press UP or DOWN from the “Main” screen. There are 3 “INFO”
screens (4 if the humidi er has two cylinders); to move from one screen to
the next, press UP or DOWN.
Press ESC to return to the “Main” screen.
