3.3 Defrost
The type of defrost selected by parameter d0.
If d0 = 0/2/4 the controller performs a defrost by heater or a static defrost by temperature or time.
If d0 = 1/3 the controller performs a hot gas defrost.

3.4 Hot gas defrost
If d0 = 1/3 the controller performs a hot gas defrost.
The parameter cdf denes the hot gas defrost speed.
The hot gas defrost can be set as d0 = 1 -> hot gas defrost by temperature or d0 = 3 -> hot gas defrost by time.
