NO DISPLAY ON WIRED CONTROLLER (TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLLER)
1. Error display:
No display (the screen does not light)
2. Applicable models:
Touch screen controller: 40VM900005
3. Error definition:
No display on wired controller
Check the power supply of wired controller
4. Possible causes:
• The wired controller is in the process of POST (self-check when power on) and has not started
• The wired controller is in sleep, and its screen dims out (normal condition)
• Abnormal power supply to the wired remote controller
• Wiring of wired controller does not meet the design requirements
• The wired controller is damaged
• The external power supply is damaged

ON/OFF screen button to see
if the light turns on.
Is the POWER port for this
controller connected to the
24VAC power supply?
Ensure the terminals are
securely connected
Replace the wired controller
Is the power supply in
the range of 18VAC to 30VAC?
Wait one minute for startup to
complete.
Connect the POWER port to the
24VAC power supply
Reconnect the wire and fasten the
crimping screws
