Humidier
Humidier The humidier does not work 
• Check the supply voltage 
•  Check the switch, the circuit breaker, the control component and 
the humidier control panel
Cylinder Cylinder dirty Change the cylinder
No production of
steam
No water in the cylinder
• Check the water supply
• Check that the valve is operating correctly 
• Check the power supply to the electrodes
Add a handful of salt to the cylinder
• Refer to the indications on the humidier control panel
Drain Pan overowing
• Check that the drain valve is operating correctly 
• Check that the drain circuit is not blocked
Condensation unit Refrigeration stopped
•  Refer to the manual or to the unit's controller to troubleshoot the 
fault
Water leak Water leak sensor
Pan overowing
• Check that the siphon is of the correct design
• Check the priming of the siphon
• Check that the condensate is draining correctly
• Check that the air ow is not too high
Coil or humidier leak • Find the leak and stop it

• Check the connection and continuity of the cable
No more operation or
