Economizer Control Configurations
Enthalpy Changeover Control
Economizer changeover based on outdoor air enthalpy
requires an outdoor air enthalpy sensor to replace the OAT
sensor. The enthalpy s ensor is available as a
factory--installed option or as a field--installed accesso ry (part
number HH57AC081). See Fig. 1 for model number
nomen clatur e; check Pos itio n #1 5 for cod es N or R
indicating a factor y--installed enthalpy senso r. Use F ig. 48
and Table 8 to select the enthalp y changeover setting to
enter in menu item SETPO I N TS --> ENTH CU RVE.
Enthalpy Settings
When the OA temperature, enthalpy and dew point are
below the respective setpoints, the Outdoor Air can be
used for economizing. Fig. 48 shows the new single
enthalpy bounda ries i n the W7220. T here are 5 boundari es
(setpoints ES1 through ES5), which are defined by dry
bulb t emperature, enthalpy and dew point.
Refer to Table 8 for ENTH CURVE setpoint va lues.
